These Terms govern your use of Bus Traffic Rush. By installing or continuing to use the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are not of legal age in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.
Bus Traffic Rush is a mobile traffic-management puzzle featuring bus routing, congestion clearing, and optional rewards. Features and reward rules may change or end at any time.
You may not:
https://irl.bustrash.com/Software, artwork, trademarks, bus/route assets, and materials belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial play.
The App may integrate advertising, analytics, and payment partners. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party content outside our control.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed it.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or pose a risk to users or the platform. You may stop using the App by uninstalling it.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Rewards and withdrawals are not wages or guaranteed income. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bus Traffic Rush, its operators, and affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections. Before formal proceedings, contact PumpJazm@gmail.com.
We may update these Terms as the App or legal requirements evolve. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
